•   We use TeamViewer to ‘connect’ to your computer.
•   The ‘Quick Support’ version does not permanently install any software on your computer and is ideal for “one off” connections.
•   If you’re not sure which version to use, choose Quick Support.
•   The ‘Host’ version allows connections even when the computer is unattended.
